Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please give us a 24 Hour Notice to ensure that we receive and can process your request. Cancellation requests are NOT Guaranteed as we fulfill orders On-Demand as orders are received.
If your order has NOT been Fulfilled & Shipped, and we receive your message PRIOR to shipping the item, we can process a Refund on your order.
If your order has ALREADY been shipped, unfortunately once a Shipping Label has been printed and an order is dropped off or picked up by one of our partnered shipping providers, these orders can NOT be cancelled at this point after they are handed off to a 3rd Party Shipping Provider like: (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
