Shipping policy

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped out on Mondays, excluding holidays. All orders ship from Denver, Colorado.

When will my pre-order item ship?
Shipping dates on Pre-Order items are estimates only. Goods are not guaranteed to ship on the date listed. All Pre-Order items are subject to delays and cancellations during production.

I ordered multiple items, along with a pre-order item. When will it all ship?
Orders ship complete, if the order contains a pre-order item - the full order will ship once complete. If you prefer to receive the regular item(s) without waiting for the pre-order item, please place a separate order.

My order was shipped but is now missing/lost/stolen/damaged in transit:
Once an order is shipped (the order has left our studio and been scanned by the local post office), Barbari is no longer liable for any delays, lost, or stolen packages. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and you have chosen a safe destination to send your package to. We do not refund for any lost or stolen packages, delays, failed delivery attempts, stolen packages, damaged packages, or deliveries to the wrong address. The company that handles the shipment will be your best point of contact to resolve this. Additionally, if applicable, reaching out to your landlord or superintendent can help with tracking down missing packages.

Please be sure to review your order carefully before placing it. We reserve the right to charge a fee for reshipments in the case your address was incorrect, there was failed delivery attempts and/or your package was sent back to our office as an RTS (return to sender).

Please keep in mind bad weather, natural disasters, global conflicts, and short staffing can delay your shipment.

Do you ship international?
Not at this time--but we will soon!

Can I overnight/rush this order?
Yes! If you need an item rushed, you may select this option at checkout, but this is done at your own risk. Shipping couriers offer their best estimates but there are no guarantees. Barbari is not responsible for orders placed for overnight/rush that don’t arrive on time.

What if I need to change/cancel my order?
Time is the most important factor here -- email sanam@barbariapparel.com immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to edit or cancel an order once it has shipped and left the studio. If your order has already shipped, we will follow the standard exchange process. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and/or incorrect items or sizes selected by the customer, so please double check your cart at checkout.
